Shermco Industries is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY: The This role will be a hybrid, so must be located in the Irving, TX area.

Essential Duties:

• Drive compliance to Most-Preferred Suppliers
• Procurement communications to purchasers and stakeholders
• Procurement Operations process mapping
• Interfaces with Finance, AP and other departments
• Supplier Creation and Uploads
• Implement Procurement Operations Best Practices
• KPI's
• Catalogues, Punch Outs, etc.
• SKU Optimization
• "How-To" Guides
• Ownership of Apparel and Office Supplies Programs
• Support Adhoc Implementation of new projects
• Implement Procurement Operations Best Practices

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from four-year College and/or University. Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.
• Functional knowledge of procurement practices and requirements.
