The Procurement Product Specialist supports the procurement team by administering and troubleshooting procurement products, providing user guidance and training, and maintaining procurement systems including Coupa, spend analytics products, esourcing solutions and others. The role involves continuous improvement of the procurement tech stack, working on product enhancements, and supporting future implementations in alignment with the Source-to-Pay (S2P) value stream.

Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for procurement tools.
• Maintain procurement systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating as needed.
• Offer training and support to end-u , including creating training materials and user manuals.
• Collaborate with the Director of Procurement Products to implement new features and system updates.
• Analyze and generate reports from procurement tools, providing actionable insights.
• Assist in continuous improvement efforts, release management and future system implementations.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years in procurement product support / system administration
• Hands-on experience with procurement software (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Procurify, Precoro)
• Familiarity with Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience in system administration, including managing user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting system performance issues.
• Prior experience in creating training materials, conducting workshops, and supporting end-u .
• Exposure to system updates, testing new features, and collaborating with suppliers to enhance product functionality.
• Data analysis and reporting experience, including presenting insights to leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Training and user support skills.

Strong Coupa expertise
Experience with other tools like SpendHQ, Zip or RPA for automation
