Position Summary

This role manages cross-functional activities to complete team and organizational objectives within planned timelines. Ensures project assignments are executed in alignment with other functional areas to minimize risks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Facilitate cross-functional teams in the execution of assigned projects.

Manages and reports project status to stakeholders and leadership as required.

Develops plan to overcome bottlenecks.

Escalates issues for resolution to stakeholders and leadership when needed.

Other activities and responsibilities as assigned.




Knowledge & Skills

Proven track record of managing successful project completions.

Thinks and acts strategically, championing change, and generating innovative solutions.

Excellent planning and organizational, project management and time management skills preferred.

Demonstrated project management skills and project leadership experience preferred.

Understands procurement strategy and market drivers.

Experience with Oracle-based reporting interfaces preferred.

Knowledge of Procurement functions including sourcing, purchasing, compliance.

ERP systems and web-based applications experience is a plus.

Prior experience in a health care environment.

Mid to advanced MS Excel skills strongly preferred.




Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ work experience in Supply Management, Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing within a global organization with experience in sourcing strategies for internationally based suppliers.

Ability to present to multiple organizational levels with clarity and factual data.

Work Environment

This is largely a sedentary role.

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Ability to attend potential evening and weekend meetings as requested.

Travel is not anticipated in this role
