Join our dynamic Content Team at Hilton Grand Vacations, where creativity meets execution! As the Producer & Content Manager, you will lead the planning, creative direction, and execution of all photo and video projects. This role requires a blend of leadership, organization, and technical expertise to bring our creative visions to life and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of photo and video shoots from concept to execution, whether in-studio or on location.
  • Supervise every facet of large-scale photo and video productions, ensuring timely execution and enhancing media impact.
  • Facilitate partnerships to resolve creative and production challenges and support needs.
  • Handle the editing process, including b-roll reels, department sizzles, and international content, ensuring seamless asset handoff to the digital asset team.
  • Develop and handle project timelines, workflows, and the production calendar.
  • Craft clear and effective creative briefs and requests for proposals for vendors.
  • Review and broker vendor and talent contracts
  • Provide art direction, and ensure that the creative vision is realized.
  • Continuously refine production processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise and enhance the Global Image Library (DAM site), working with vendors and agencies.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.


Work Environment:

This role offers flexibility with remote work options, though you'll need to be available in the Central Florida area for in-person events and office days. Some travel is required.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: 5-7 years in photo/video production in a Corporate or similar environment.
  • Leadership: A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, creative, and technical skills, with experience in project management tools like Workfront.
  • Flexibility: Able to travel (20% of the time) and adapt to various work environments (10% on-site events, 10% in-office, 60% remote).
  • Communication: Demonstrated superb communication abilities with a shown capacity to lead and collaborate effectively.
