Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Senior Analyst with strong project management experience, business acumen and leadership skills. This position is focused on enabling our client's product strategy by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to lead and facilitate the execution of product solutions as well as enhancements or expansions of existing product experiences.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Govern and oversee implementation of the product roadmap in execution stages from Go-to-Market strategy to post-launch performance management. This includes implementation of new products, as well as expansion of existing products to other sales channels and brands.
  • Manage and track products and services progressing through Execution stages to ensure all requirements are met for necessary approvals.
  • Identify, document, and facilitate transparency of products in the Stage Gate process; surfacing challenges, progress or risks via presentations, meetings, trackers and by clear communications with leadership, business leaders, and cross functional teams
  • Coordinate extensively with cross functional workstreams such as go-to-market, brand and marketing, analytics, research, customer experience, operations, digital, IT, and legal/regulatory to ensure products, services and programs are configured and enabled across brands, channels, and regions per the requirements identified in the Execution stages.
  • Conduct and coordinate post-launch production validations to ensure products are configured and enabled as intended, as well as document and work with the project team to resolve any defects.
  • Conduct and coordinate post-launch product lookbacks to ensure the product or service is meeting the expectations of the business case.
  • Negotiate and diplomatically manage conflicting points of view on prioritization of projects, based on the established and standardized Stage Gate framework to ensure overall business goals are achieved.
  • Update and maintain detailed catalogue of products, services, and programs by brand and channel.
  • Ad hoc assignments


Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in business analysis, business operations, project management, or product implementation.
  • Prior experience and exposure to mass markets consumer businesses (B2C: business to consumer).


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
  • Experience with or understanding of the energy/electricity sector


Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Previous stage gate and product management experience
  • Strong commercial/business acumen, strong written and oral communication, negotiating, and influencing abilities are essential skills for this role
  • Consistent track record of demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills as well as leadership abilities in a functional / matrix environment
  • Strong computer and analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of working independently and on a team; flexibility to work in fast-paced, lean environment; effective at managing multiple issues simultaneously; able to adapt quickly to new situations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business goals and the need to balance and occasionally manage trade-off discussions.
  • Thinks strategically, but also skilled in tactical execution.
  • Able to utilize organizational and project management skills to direct work activities within critical path timelines.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a detailed and organized manner.
  • Ability to identify and highlight issues early and proactively, involving the right stakeholders
  • Ability to make decisions and present a point of view involving the right stakeholders
  • Self-starter and self-driven, drives for results with a get things done attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Have self-confidence and assertiveness to provide clear directions and next steps for team
