About the team:
The Business Integrity team's mission is to uphold ethical advertising on TikTok, and we're looking for teammates who are passionate about fostering best faith business practices toward our global audience.

What you will be doing:
1. Lead, define and manage product vision, strategies, roadmap and success metrics as it relates to ads and community policy enforcement, review, and safety;
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap and ship the product;
3. Research and analyze products in the market such as cutting-edge trends in the Business Integrity and Ads/Community Policy fields, and output the decision-making basis;
4. Lead alignment with stakeholders, including but not limited to engineers and designers on prioritization and changes to ensure product realization and delivery are smooth;
5. To have an in-depth understanding of different business scenarios and advertiser pain points, define potential common business scenarios and precipitate the best solutions, continuously optimise workflow, and improve problem-solving ability and efficiency;
6. Lead and manage the team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements; be responsible for team management, training and growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Strong understanding of business, able to relate to users' pain points. Has good business logic and communication skills. Able to lead product from 0-1 independently, and 1-N iterate.
- Able to prioritize under a short timeframe with multiple counterparts and stakeholders to achieve the business goal.
- Exceptional communication skills, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Have a strong ability to work under pressure, have the courage to overcome difficulties, and accept challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Product Manager Lead, and 5+ years of experience in high growth in the tech/software/internet industry with demonstrated success in launching new products and features
- Experience in Ads review or community content review and enforcement strategies
