The Product Manager of Guest Integrity is the key business lead that partners with technology and Legal / Privacy to support the ever-changing environment of privacy regulations.
They are responsible for defining and prioritizing business requirements across a range of stakeholders and partnering with technology to bring these capabilities to life. They will partner with the legal and privacy teams to develop a strategy and build out a product roadmap that will enable lululemon to engage with our guest in a compliant experience. Deep understanding in privacy and compliance regulations is highly desirable specifically around CAN-SPAM, CASAL, CPRA, CCPA and GDPR.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$117,500-$154,200 USD annually the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.

a day in the life: what you'll do
Managing the product:
- Develop a Legal and Privacy product vision through a deep understanding of the lululemon interpretation of privacy regulations, guest needs and business priorities
- Inform the product vision through an understanding of current technology capabilities and addressing gaps and leveraging innovations in the technology marketplace especially among other retail/consumer industry players
- Engage and build relationships with business leaders in key functions related to CRM, Marketing and the technology product teams that will be responsible for delivering the corresponding technology
- Define business requirements, make sure they are complete, integral and consistent. Be the reliable source of legal and privacy requirements for the technology product teams
- Coordinate with technology product managers to scope ongoing MVPs addressing existing resource constraints, but supporting sustained development of the product
- Establish KPI's for measurement of success of the program
- Define diagnostic measures for monitoring systems to ensure lululemon remains in compliance
- Co-create RACI with Legal and Product Teams regarding ownership of operations and regulatory compliance
- Keep track of progress against delivery of business needs, provide updates to senior leaders and manage expectations accordingly
- Deeply understand the business needs and use that lens to organize and prioritize the technology roadmap
- Build the Legal and Privacy backlog and roadmap of regulation impacts and open risks
- Gather, plan, prioritize business needs, assess and evaluate use cases and test cases, including business impact/value
- Manage the backlog, plan iterations and coordinate resource constraints with technology product managers
- Lead planning on releases and major updates alongside technology product managers
- Strong collaboration with the marketing, ecom, and martech team in order to deliver against the strategic goals
- Make sure the technology product teams correctly understand the requirements
- Drive out complexity and make sure teams are clear on priorities
- Support technology scrum masters in managing impediments
- Support successful releases and sprint goals
- 3+ years of strong experience owning and delivering digital products - preference for platform experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, One Trust, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong expertise in marketing consent management enterprise solutions and standing up those capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., marketing, eCommerce, technology, analytics)
- Background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as high level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
- 3+ years experience working to integrate digital marketing tools/platforms e.g. SEO, paid media, programmatic, affiliate marketing, email and mobile marketing, CRM and loyalty marketing
- 3+ years current experience working on a Scrum and/or Agile team
- Proficient in requirements gathering, business modeling, project scoping, and use case creation
- Proven history of solving complex design and business challenges and outcomes on time and within budget
- Extensive experience with conceptualizing and directing team initiatives from start to finish, in alignment with clear design and business outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including strategy, engineering and product management
