About the role
Roku is looking for an outstanding Product Manager, with experience in supply chain operations, to increase automation and drive process improvements for accounting and finance teams. This role will be part of the Corporate Accounting Team focusing on delivering incremental value by driving product changes and working closely with business partners and enterprise engineering. The ideal candidate works independently, drives projects from concept to completion, communicates well across teams and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

What you'll be doing
- You will be part of the Corporate Accounting team, partnering with business teams within our Device product areas to drive solutions that increase automation and streamline accounting processes
- Partner with teams to design and implement solutions from downstream business data gathering all the way through to financial reporting. Collaborate and foster relationships with internal business partners including supply chain, logistics, sales operations, enterprise engineering and other business teams as needed
- Gain a thorough understanding of business and accounting requirements, both existing and future state. Use that knowledge to identify meaningful opportunities for improvement related to inventory accounting, costing and product reporting.
- Translate business goals and finance requirements into product strategy and business requirements documents
- Plan, develop and implement web-based accounting solutions through connected systems, including ERP, internally developed platforms and integrations with external systems
- Maximize efficiency in an evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps supporting organizational goals
- Define key metrics for measurement of success of products and track performance
- Advocate for accounting and stakeholders, understanding user needs
- Manage cross functional teams and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy
We're excited if you have
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
- Proven experience with system implementations, including ERP systems, and developing internal tools and solutions
- Experience working as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment
- CPA with minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience or 5 years of progressive accounting responsibilities applying US GAAP standards
- Hands on experience in inventory valuation, inventory costing, purchase price variance, cost of goods sold, freight, and overhead
