Title: Product Manager
Location: Orange, TX / St. Rose, LA (New Orleans)
Shift: Primarily M-F
Compensation: $50-$60k base + uncapped commission (1st 6mo, guarantee commission of $4-$6k) + mileage reimbursement about the GSA rate (Typical W-2 $120k+)

Position Description:
The Product Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing share of specialty products portfolio across an assigned account, geography, or product line. This role is responsible for driving, building, and maintaining strong revenue streams for designated products, and driving product line growth through effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
A candidate for this role should have previous sales experience. This experience for a veteran can include direct industry experience or military recruitment experience. A degree is not needed but a background or education in sales, chemicals or natural gas are a plus. Selected candidates will go through a 2-week training course to go over sales techniques and product lines.

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing the share of territory through high volume outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry conversion to achieve activations. The TSM is responsible for creating and executing a sales plan for the company's primary line of products.
Requirements:
This is an entry-level role. Candidates need to have great communication skills and willingness to learn a high quality inside sales role. They should have effective experience in using Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of virtual meeting platforms.
