We are seeking a motivated, well-spoken Territory Manager to join our sales team for the Houston Texas market.
The Territory Manager is responsible for managing sales activities within an assigned geographical area. They are responsible for implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and managing sales performance. Their primary responsibility is to achieve sales targets by building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. A Territory Manager must coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, oversee the sales process, and gather feedback to improve the sales approach.

Required Skills & Experience

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
5 years related technology sales experience in Houston area and/or training
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Proficiency in CRM software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Self-motivation, integrity, and a willingness to learn in a team environment.
Exceptional customer service & sales skills.
Analytical & Data Interpretation skills.
Ability to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently and with a team

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
