Olsten Staffing is helping a company in Camden, SCin their search for production associates. These are temp to hire positions with opportunities for advancement within the company. As a production Associate you would be trained on one or more station in the production line to assist with product assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Inspection for minor defects
  
• Must be able to multitask and be cross trained in all functions of the department
  
• Must have and display quality alertness
  
• Ability to maintain a fast pace production rate to achieve productivity expectations
  
• Ability to work with small components and awkward hand positions.
  
• Lifting possibility of up to 30lbs.
  
• Able to work with minimal direct supervision.
  
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
  
• Must have at least 1-year continual manufacturing or warehouse experience

Shift hours are 8 hours Monday through Friday withovertime on Saturdays. Mandatory overtime may be required.The available shifts are 2nd and 3rd shift, with occasional 1st shift openings.

Pay Details: $14.60 to $16.05 per hour
