We are looking for a Freelance Production Associate for a top fashion company in NYC! This position will operate on a hybrid schedule: onsite Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Set up styles in system
• Issue po's to vendors
• Manage WIP charts with Vendors
• Gather and prep submits sent from vendors for design approval
• Manage and problem solve daily issues which may affect production calendar and on time delivery
• Work with cross functional team to manage TNA
• Work with sales on extensions or late dlvy accordingly
• Follow up on bookings
• Work with our overseas office as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Must have +5 yrs production experience
• Must have Microsoft excel skills
• Knows how to multi task and work in fast pace environment
• Have "Team work" attitude
