Insight Global is seeking a Production Support Engineer to join one of our top entertainment clients in New York City. This person will be joining the Global Technology team supporting the Digital Supply Chain Operations. You will be providing technical support related to the delivery of digital content to partners interfacing with internal applications and production support for the users of the Digital Supply Chain Systems. Other responsibilities will include monitoring the Digital Supply Chain for issues, integrating new partners onto the supply chain, working with technical teams across projects and collaborating with business partners.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of experience in production or operational support in a large enterprise environment
Experience with SQL
Experience with UNIX
Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in or knowledge of music/media industry
Experience with AWS Suite
Experience with Athena
