Production Manager - cement and aggregates

My client and I are looking for a Production Manager to join their team in Indiana - full relocation within USA will be supported if not a local to site.

Reporting into the Plant Manager, you have the opportunity to join this well known business in the cement, aggregates and concrete world.

This role will involve, and not limited to -

• Leading cement plant production operations
• Identify and provide development opportunities as well as motivate staff
• Identify operational bottlenecks, provide technical assistance, and follow-up on these to conclusion
• Define CAPEX plans for new projects
• Site and staff leadership
• Assist in managing a monthly budget and communicate outcomes to the production team
• Optimize inventory and usage of raw materials
• Manage all operational fixed costs
• Develop and sustain the continuous improvement process for industrial Key Production Indicators

For this, we need someone with none negotiable cement experience, and a USA citizen, as unfortunately no Visa support can be offered for this role.

You'll have computer skills and knowledge of KRONOS and SAP, HR management procedures, as well as excellent time management skills and people skills.
