Production Manager is accountable for production quality, correct process, safety, daily preventive maintenance by machines, cost control, efficiency, scheduling, and training for all PA levels to assure constant improvement and development. Works collaboratively with the Process Engineer; to make certain that employees are properly trained in specific machine operations.

Responsibilities include: Provides regular performance feedback
Develops subordinates skills and encourages growth
Production Management
Determines workflows and staffing requirements
Ensures equipment capability meets demand
Coordinates flow of materials
Adjusts scheduling to maintain efficiency
Meets production and delivery schedules

Required Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelors degree in Operations management, engineering or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience, which includes plant supervision, quality control, maintenance, and production management.
