  • Bachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or other related field of study preferred.
  • 1+ year leadership and/or supervisory experience required.
  • Experience in 1st Processing preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills.
  • General knowledge of poultry plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP.
  • Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.
