Position Description:
The Shift Team Lead is responsible for ensuring performance to established safety, quality, cost and productivity standards and best practices through engagement and involvement of Production employees. Must be supervising production employees and productions lines. In addition, they will lead the continuous improvement process to optimize safety, quality and productivity within defined manufacturing system and process limits.

Requirements:
• Preference for a bachelor's degree, however in Lieu of degree, veterans with 6-8 years of leadership experience in technical fields via the military.
