We are seeking a dynamic manufacturing professional who has proven success planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of 3D printers. Qualifications

What You Will Need

• Plans, directs, and supervises printer manufacturing
• Supervises the activities of production personnel engaged in all facets of the manufacturing function
• Reviews production and inventory requirements, and allocates staff to appropriate areas to ensure priority is assigned to printers and spare parts needed for inventory and timely customer shipments
• Orients, instructs, trains and supervises printer manufacturing personnel
• Cross trains personnel in all areas of maximum flexibility in production
• Requisitions the purchase of supplies and equipment for use in department activities
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and repair of printer manufacturing equipment and coordinates equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Able to perform activities of workers supervised
• Ensures work areas are kept clean and orderly and all safety rules are followed
• Assist in the training of new manufacturing associates
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Education and Training

• High School Diploma
• Higher education is a plus

Experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication and supervisory skills
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form
• Capable of working effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines with multiple interruptions
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
