Salary: $65k-$70k/yr

Shift: 1st Shift

Responsibilities:

• Supervise hourly workers daily, including opening and closing the plant, and rotating with the same crew.
• Provide employee training for ISO 9001 and 14001, safety, equipment operation, and WHMIS.
• Motivate employees to perform at their best.
• Work with the Manager to manage employee performance, ensuring a safe, efficient, and cooperative work environment.
• Assist the Manager in interviewing and recruiting production personnel.

Qualifications: 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role.
