Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure quality standards are met while leading a dedicated team. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.




Key Responsibilities:
  • Engineering & Quality
  • Address and resolve equipment-related operational issues.
  • Make decisions regarding acceptable vs. unacceptable product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and communicate operator concerns about equipment, processes, and procedures.
  • Identify and implement equipment upgrades and improvements.
  • Maintain tooling and equipment conditions.
  • Understand and familiarize oneself with products and procedures.
  • Oversee the installation of new equipment.




Shift Supervision
  • Lead and manage 60 operators across 6 production lines (2 assembly, 2 packaging, and 3 material handling per line).
  • Monitor operators' performance and adherence to process procedures.
  • Ensure production quotas are met.
  • Guarantee that necessary tools are available and in good working condition for each operator.
  • Manage operator occurrences and report relevant incidents.




General Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings to commence each shift.
  • Maintain a shift log documenting activities, performance, and any issues/events.
  • Hold a shift handover meeting with the incoming shift supervisor.
  • Address production-related problems as they arise.
  • Train operators on equipment processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment within the facility.




Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of manufacturing and supervisory experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
