As a Team Leader in the Molding Department, you will exhibit leadership skills and apply training to motivate staff and handle workplace situations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You'll proactively manage the production schedule, change materials, and adjust machines to maintain specifications, while minimizing scrap and downtime. Your role includes coordinating with quality control, maintenance, and supervisors to address machine operations and malfunctions, and collecting operator reports for the Shift Supervisor. Additionally, you'll oversee machine operations, ensure proper documentation is completed, and communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing Team Leaders to maintain a smooth production flow.

Required Skills & Experience

o 3+ years of working in a picker packer environment.

o 1+ years of experience in a lead/supervisor/management role

o Basic mechanical aptitude, ability to identify areas to troubleshoot.

o Experience utilizing proper lock-out/out procedures.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

o Has worked in a manufacturing (plastics) environment.

o Any form of safety certification.

o Has worked on Injection Molding equipment.
