Position Details:
Title: Professional Service Engineer
Location: Warrenton, VA
Shift: M-F; 9am-5pm
Compensation: $80k - $120k (based off experience / Background)

Travel: Typically 5-7 days/month domestic with some overnights

Position Description:
Professional Services Engineers role is primarily focused on directly supporting customers, resolving technical issues and assisting in technical functions as part of a team through. They provide technical support through phone, email, or in person communication. They also complete customer system installations onsite at the customer locations to include physical installation, software configuration, and validation testing. They will troubleshoot technical issues involving radio frequency, IP Networking, and/or Linux command line. PSEs will be responsible for delivering training courses to customers and partners.

Requirements:
A candidate for this role should have experience with networking devices, telecommunications, radio frequency, electronic warfare, or machine learning/ artificial intelligence systems. They should be comfortable operating in a Linux environment with a solid foundation/ understanding of networking, systems and software. They should have a thorough understanding of employing signal equipment in a field environment. Excellent opportunity for a veteran candidate from the SIGINT community.
