SAIC has an immediate opening for a Program Analyst to join our talented team in Crane, IN.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Program Analyst will be responsible in all aspects of producing deliverables to inform Task Managers decision-making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactiveness, motivation to work in a collaborative environment, and ability to balance multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines are critical to success in this position.
• Help our customers solve complex problems; manage project communications, schedules, and workflow; strategically research and frame broad, multifaceted issues; and increase workforce productivity through process improvement.
• Serve as a member of the planning team as well as the execution team, tracking future/planned projects as performance trends weekly.
• Support customer with other tasks as assigned duties related to program management, execution, and communications.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:

• Bachelor's degree and 0 years of Experience. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree will be accepted
• Intermediate experience in ALL Microsoft Suite products
• Expert in communications with senior leaders down to integration team.
• Active secret

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 1-3 years preferred in supporting Program Managers with daily workload
• Prefer experience in Microsoft Projects.
