SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst supporting OSD's Office of Command Climate and Well-being Integration's (OCCWI) Integrated Primary Prevention Workforce (IPPW). This is a full-time remote position.

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst supporting OSD's Office of Command Climate and Well-being Integration's (OCCWI) Integrated Primary Prevention Workforce (IPPW). This is a full-time remote position.
Job Duties:
- Support the creation of a Prevention hiring pipeline to positively impact the Integrated Primary Prevention (IPP) Functional Community and the Service Components.
- Support OCCWI in the development of an integrated primary prevention functional community (FC) by organizing, supporting, and implementing activities required to develop and sustain the community using available resources.
- Develop and manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM) to support project fulfillment and implementation.
- Support OCCWI efforts to implement the activities and deliverables identified through the Prevention Hiring Pilot (PHP) and follow on activities and actions.
- Organize, plan, and deliver activities, meetings, strategies, etc.
- Support the Prevention Outreach and Engagement ideas, reviews, and efforts within the OCCWI IPPW Functional Community portfolio.
- Support the research and analysis on existing and new internship programs and pathways to support the IPPW hiring pipeline.
- Support to OCCWI credentialing efforts which may include, but not be limited to performing analysis, developing briefing materials, and connecting credentialing with other OCCWI efforts.
- Develop and draft plans, strategies, communications, meetings, materials, etc. to support all IPPW functional community portfolio and related OCCWI efforts.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and nine (9) years or more of related experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience with tools Microsoft Office suite, MS Project a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to write and communicate concepts clearly and concisely.
- Advise and assist customer on messaging and communication strategy.
- Must be a Self-Starter and driven to support the Prevention mission.
- Required active secret clearance on first day of employment.
