Purpose:
The Program Assistant coordinates the logistical details of Executive Education programs/events and provides on-site support to faculty and participants. Your primary goal is to ensure growth through program quality, customer satisfaction, and faculty satisfaction. You will also contribute to team goals and meet our quality standards. You will report to the Program Manager Team Lead.

Responsibilities*

Program Support of Open Enrollment, Custom and International Programs - 85%
  • You will partner with the Program Manager to align with Work with faculty/speakers on their program materials and logistic requirements.
  • Create timeline for pre-read, program materials, and events and keep track of a variety of programs in different phases of readiness.
  • Work with the Program Manager to ensure quality of all program materials.
  • Arrange any special program logistics.
  • Correspond with the appropriate units to ensure that the classroom space, audio-visual equipment, and other faculty-specific needs are functioning well and in place for each program.
  • Work with internal/external vendors to obtain program materials and services.
  • Monitor classroom set-up against specifications.
  • Access quality of all logistical details performed by vendors and internal units.
  • Provide on-site support to ensure the success of program delivery.
  • Provide support in responding to needs of team members.
  • Creatine and support client 360 instruments through Qualtrics.

Business Development and Faculty Support - 15%
  • Promote the EE portfolio/certificate options and other services, including coaching, consulting, and custom programs
  • Pass on leads for additional business opportunities to Professional Development, Business Development and Portfolio Managers.
  • Develop quality faculty relationships related to logistics.
  • Partner with program management on program materials, logistics planning, Visa needs, and delivery including development of content.
  • Partner with faculty during the program and provide relevant participant feedback on the content to program management.
  • Participate in projects relevant to the promotion and improvement of Executive Education/Ross School of Business including special assignments.


Required Qualifications*

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1+ year of work experience in a corporate environment.
  • 1+ years of project management experience or comparable experience that can be shared in the hiring process.


Additional Information

The general salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. You can expect to be paid a great compensation package. Factors used to determine salary include experience, knowledge and skills for the position. You are encouraged to discuss salary questions to honor alignment and transparency throughout the recruiting process. Selected candidates whose start date is 4/1/2024 or after, will not be eligible for the university FY24-25 salary/merit plan unless otherwise notified.
