Program Coordinator - Consumer Marketing

This pivotal role is responsible for the successful planning and execution of consumer marketing initiatives. The Program Coordinator will manage tactic trafficking across all direct channel campaigns in partnership with the internal Creative Services team and an external creative agency. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on key business needs, timelines, and priorities. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will assist with the maintenance of complex CRM streams and manage the coordination of reporting across direct channel campaigns, which will inform success and aid in achieving growth targets and enhancing customer experiences. Key responsibilities include project management, creative trafficking, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting coordination and collection.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience within program coordination
- Proven experience as a Program Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
- General understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly 1:1 direct marketing campaigns, like email, direct mail, PUSH and SMS.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, as well as project management software.
