HDR has an exciting opportunity to join our PM/CM team in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. This is a newly created role on a large transportation program we have been awarded.

HDR has an exciting opportunity to join our PM/CM team in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. This is a newly created role on a large transportation program we have been awarded.
In the role of Program Development Specialist, we'll count on you to:
- Coordinate and foster relationships with necessary team members
- Develop and monitor performance metrics
- Participate in program coordination meetings
- Perform as a recruitment liaison and support onboarding
- Support program financial tracking
- Actively engage in developing and implementing process improvements which will include organizational development and change management strategies
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years' experience in Engineering and Construction Program Management highly desired
- Previous organizational development experience a plus
- Local candidates to the South Florida area

- Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Coordination and prioritization of multiple long and short-term tasks
- Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
