HDR has an exciting opportunity to join our PM/CM team in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. This is a newly created role on a large transportation program we have been awarded.

In the role of Program Development Specialist, we'll count on you to:

• Coordinate and foster relationships with necessary team members
• Develop and monitor performance metrics
• Participate in program coordination meetings
• Perform as a recruitment liaison and support onboarding
• Support program financial tracking
• Actively engage in developing and implementing process improvements which will include organizational development and change management strategies
• Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8 years' experience in Engineering and Construction Program Management highly desired
• Previous organizational development experience a plus
• Local candidates to the South Florida area
