The incumbent serves as the Program Director for Operations and serves as an expert technical advisor and administrator managing and directing all operational and support functions of Enforcement in support of the mission.

Responsibilities

As a Program Director for Operations, you will:

• Oversee and implement Enforcement Front Office's operational and support functions, including: human resource management; budget and financial management; acquisition management, including procurement and contract administration; training support management; administrative, technology, and services management; and facilities management.
• Make authoritative recommendations and exercise professional judgment, technical expertise, initiative, and leadership for planning, directing, coordinating, and implementing operational and support functions for Enforcement, including Enforcement's conducting of investigations and litigation.
• Coordinate with senior management to determine priorities, objectives, and policies for short-term and long-term effectiveness of the Enforcement Front Office's operational and support functions.
• Travel Required
