Location: Patuxent River, MD (Hybrid/Remote)

Description:

HigherEchelon is seeking motivated Program Management Analysts to support The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Systems Engineering Department (SED) team in Patuxent River, MD.

This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.

• Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses.

• Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

• Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.

• Tracks program/project status and schedules.

• Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.

• Must perform program management, technical, or business analysis tasking related to weapon systems acquisition, and lifecycle management.

Required Experience:

• Recent and relevant experience in a program management, technical or business analysis discipline related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management is required.

• Experience related to analysis and planning.

• Experience with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR), Work Requests, Requisitions, CDRLs, and DD Form 254 (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).

• Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs.

• Demonstrated experience in program/project management support, earned value management, and scheduling is required.

• Must be a US Citizen
• Minimum of an active Secret Security Clearance is required.

Education:

• Journeyman:

oTechnical or Scientific BS or BA degree.

o3-9 years of experience

• Sr:

oTechnical or Scientific MS or MA degree.

oAt least ten (10) years of recent and relevant
