Program Management Internship

About the Role:

As a Program Management Intern at TQL, you will be working alongside our Agile and Program Management team managing and maintaining organizational data and processes. You will assist with information gathering, analysis, and reporting and ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of information across various platforms.

What you'll be doing:

• Aggregate business information and build reports
• Map and improve processes
• Assist with the gathering, standardization and presentation of information
• Maintain rosters and lists for active contractors and Teams members
• Manage Structures, Memberships, and Groups in Teams
• Update information on company intranet and Teams sites
• Assist with the onboarding/offboarding administration process
• Schedule and organize meetings
  

What you need:

• Current student graduating between December 2024-December 2026
• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, Power BI a plus
• Understanding of Agile processes
• Exceptional attention to detail while operating in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong work ethic with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple business units
• A self-starter mentality with a strong desire to learn and ask questions
