Program Manager, Business Planning & Operations Responsibilities


  • Ideate optimization of Meta Ad business internal software through understanding of historical sales data infrastructure.

  • Through Tableau, Hive, in-house SQL tables in various namespaces, source data to outline and quantify opportunities to redesign software structure.

  • Structure multi-year plans to drive scalable programs, complex enhancements and operational optimizations across multiple Meta software roadmaps.

  • Consider subjective ads business unit needs, technical front-end and back-end software limitations from historical context.

  • Propose updated tech workflows such as transforming software capabilities.

  • Scale data infrastructure and processing.

  • Consolidate data pipelines.

  • Build new software entities and restructure reporting from backend, transforming data for bespoke consumption.

  • Use internal scripts that generate in-house sales portfolio selection.

  • Propose technical milestones to projects and support execution to achieve such milestones, foreseeing risks and developing mitigation strategies.

  • Secure resources across Data Science, Data Engineering and Software Engineering via setting mutual goals and engineering efficiency metrics.

  • Drive statistical experiments to validate results.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Communications or Business Administration and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

  • Experience must include 36 months involving the following:

  • Independently identifying, initiating, implementing, and scaling programs for process improvements, new operational workflows, and technological innovations

  • Providing business insights and recommendations to business groups and their operations via qualitative and quantitative data, including analysis from SQL, Daiquery, and Tableau

  • Supporting multiple complex business projects simultaneously utilizing Asana and Task tool and including technical enhancements and implementation regional and global initiatives

  • Providing strategic guidance to a network of cross-functional partners including technical stakeholders like in the fields of data science, data engineering and software engineering

  • Understanding technical workflow and infrastructure that include in-house telephony system, call routing, sales channel routing, customer to agent routing, productivity tools, the in-house appointment scheduling system, and back-end system operationalization

  • Statistic experimentation

  • Implementing new elements to operational architecture and its connection to external software including Salesforce and Anaplan

  • Communicating with VP level stakeholders to secure buy-in on projects and set feedback loop

  • Presenting technical content to non-technical audiences and

  • Influencing stakeholders on driving vision for optimization
