Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our data migration program from Oracle to Azure Databricks using Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end data migration process ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations. This role requires strong leadership project management attention to details and technical expertise in data migration and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning execution and delivery of the data migration program from Oracle to Azure Databricks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT data engineering and business stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.

Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and budgets.

Ensure data integrity security and compliance throughout the migration process.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the data migration program.

Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Certifications Required

PMP or other relevant project management certification.

Strong knowledge of Oracle databases Azure Databricks and Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
