TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking an Operations Integration Program Manager to ensure operational and launch readiness for our fulfillment centers.

Responsibilities
- Build cross-functional partnerships with Product and Operations teams to refine processes and workflows for opening and maintaining the fulfillment center infrastructure at scale.
- Solve complex technical problems with simple, innovative, and scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain multiple, complex, and concurrent program plans.
- Work with stakeholders to define program scope, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of programs.
- Define key performance indicators or success metrics by program
- Report on status against program objectives.
- Work effectively with senior leadership across multiple teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of program or project management experience or equivalent.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or related advanced degree.
