What You Will Do

Scoping
  • Cost the program for assigned multi-site enterprise customers with input from subject matter experts.
  • Develop the timeline and project plan for program implementation for assigned enterprise accounts with subject matter experts.

Assessments
  • Execute the solution scoping and project scope based on the agreed scope of work for the assessments across assigned enterprise customers.
  • Coordinate the execution of on-site and remote solution scoping across multi-site enterprise customers.
  • Communicate and report progress of the solution scoping and assessment schedule to all internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Manage the budget for the assessment execution process.

Deployment
  • Execute the program solution deployment across assigned enterprise accounts within a global matrix team.
  • Assist the solutions strategist and other team members to develop the customer-specific solution suite, program proposals and financials for approval for assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Work with the legal team, the SBU team and other team members to develop the customer-specific contract documents for assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Directly manage site managers responsible for on-site execution of the solutions and projects on customer sites.
  • Track project implementation and report to all stakeholders, the project performance to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) goals for water savings, project implementation, and budget performance.

Strategy
  • Continually work to imporve the program management and execution process.
  • Understand the value of company programs to the customer and have the ability to actively promote this value to the customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in technical training initiatives and develop training material as directed.


Position Details
  • Candidate can reside anywhere in the United States near a major airport.
  • Full time.
  • Projects targeted in water treatment in various industries, including Food & Beverage, Data Centers, Chemical, Primary Metals.
  • Willingness/ability to travel 25%+.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelors degree
  • Direct team leadership and management responsibility
  • 7 years experience of related work experience
  • 3 years experience in an industrial environment
  • 3 years experience managing a portfolio of cross functional projects or programs


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in a technical field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
