Senior Program Manager

Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is looking to hire a Program Manager, with experience of executing large Business Transformation projects. Someone who can prepare the project plan, identify the risks upfront, chart out the mitigation plan and ensure all the stakeholders including other vendor partners are successfully coming out of their risks.

Location: Peoria, IL (3 days in office)

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Program Manager with experience of executing large Business Transformation projects.

• Managing stakeholders from various organizations and drive results for the Transformation program.

• Understand the various integrations involved between the systems in the landscape and engage right stakeholders / architects to drive results.

• Track overall project schedule and dependencies.

• Comfortable with Microsoft Project Plan.

• Experience with Agile process is good to have.

• Prepare the project plan, identify the risks upfront, chart out the mitigation plan and ensure all the stakeholders including other vendor partners are successfully coming out of their risks.

• Highlight the risk to the Client management and keep them appraised on the steps being taken to overcome the risk.

• Own programs/projects and manage schedule, cost and good quality.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant Program Management experience

• Relevant Industry experience / certifications such as PMP

• Business transformation experience to drive result.

• Experience in Telematic services (desirable)
