Minimum qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, or consulting.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with testing IT General Control Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), and security and privacy controls.
  • Experience leading compliance programs and audits.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and audit frameworks.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.


About the job

In this role, you will lead, manage, and facilitate audit and assurance programs, manage schedules, ensure timely completion of audits, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with product areas and the compliance ecosystem to identify, assess and advise on compliance risks, driving continuous improvement and contributing to a key company objective of assurance as a business enabler.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage first party audits for Google and Alphabet. Demonstrate audit competence, objectivity, and impartiality.
  • Define the objectives, scope, and criteria for audit and assurance programs. Provide reasonable assurance over the effectiveness of the organization's policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Deliver observations, and recommendations to management to drive insight to specific compliance domains.
  • Advise on remediation plans to help the organization meet compliance requirements. Advise on control audit and automation opportunities
  • Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to stakeholders across the company.
