Job Description Summary
Reporting directly to the Associate Chief Officer for Inclusive Excellence, the Program Manager, Training and Intercultural Education, is responsible for managing and coordinating the learning development for inclusive excellence, managing recruitment and retention programs and services, assessment, facilitating training and developing/enhancing partnerships for the enterprise. The Program manager will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for increasing inclusive excellence and program outcomes. The Program Manager will also coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of data and metrics related to inclusive excellence.

Job Description
• Provides guidance and structure for a range of services offered by the Office of Equity, Training and Intercultural Education team including educating, training, orienting and engaging a diverse and inclusive student body, workforce, and academic healthcare community.
• Advanced skills in research and outcomes related to achieving multi-faceted goals
• Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to create, maintain respond to national trends critical partnerships and establish best practices in academic health care related to self-awareness, self-development and organizational values.
• Conduct and coordinate best practices, needs assessments, and gap analysis to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
• Supports training and intercultural leadership team, multiple advisory councils, pathway programs and others as assigned/created.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinates and oversees the evaluations and program framework to provide data and survey outcomes for the timely reporting process for the TIE Team.
• Provides leadership/guidance/structure for the Real DEIL program and the employee resource group Healthcare Young Professionals Engaging (H.Y.P.E.)
• Prepare and disseminate presentations, reports, publications and other deliverables to communicate the results, findings, and recommendations of programs and services.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff, interns, and team members involved in inclusive excellence programs and initiatives.

Bachelor’s Degree in related work areas (to include but not limited to training, assessment, strong communications skills, workshop/seminar development and facilitation).
• Masters preferred
