Bachelors and 1 year experience
Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Experience: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience. Certification/Licensing: None.

- Plans and develops procedures for administering a large or complex department or program.
- Manages fiscal activities, including procurement and budget analysis.
- Provides guidance to subordinate staff and evaluates performance.
- Prepares abstracts, research reports, funding proposals, operations and procedure manuals, and other written material and documentation.
- Creates and reviews reports of expenditures and activities.
- May administer grants and grant-related related communications, scholarships and other operations.
- Develops, implements and maintains appropriate policies and procedures.
- May serve as property custodian for the department.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Additional Position Information
The primary function of this role is an employer-facing one and involves the following specific duties:
- Manage relationships with employers in specific industries to support recruiting at the Bauer College of Business
- Outreach to new employers in the assigned industries to encourage recruiting at the Bauer College of Business
- Function as an expert on assigned industries within the office as it pertains to recruiting processes and as a whole
- Assist employers with
- Building their brand on campus
- Developing a comprehensive relationship with the C.T. Bauer College of Business
- Job postings, Interview schedules, Information sessions and tables, and Resume books
- Develop strategic plans with the employers to optimize recruiting of internship and full-time candidates
- Actively promote job postings, interview schedules, information sessions, and information tables to qualified student populations to increase engagement
- Market opportunities to students through interaction with staff, faculty, and student orgs
Preferred qualifications:
- One or more years of experience in a sales role (relationship management and/or business development), with a university business career center, or in a talent acquisition/recruiting role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate-level knowledge of one or more of the following:
- Excel
- University career services management software (Symplicity, Handshake)
- Project management software (AirTable, Monday, Asana)
- Graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop)
- Email marketing software (MyEmma, Constant Contact, MailChimp)
- Website editing software (uConnect, WordPress, SquareSpace)
- CRM Software (HubSpot, SalesForce)
