Job Description
The Program Manager II Student Support serves as the Residency Program Coordinator for the Department of Emergency Medicine. This position will coordinate the learning experience of the residents and all learners spending time in the Department of Emergency Medicine. The Program Manager, in conjunction with the Program Director, performs duties related to planning, directing, and coordinating academic and operational activities of the residency program. Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish/complete programs/projects. Analyzes potential solutions using technical experience, judgments, and precedence, providing input and recommendations. Impacts the quality of own work and the work of others on the team, ensuring efficiency productivity, compliance, etc.

Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $51,875 - $76,000 annually
