The team develops and expands Google's server floor operations and data center materials, including strategies for technology, data center planning, and staffing.
In this role, you will help shape the Supply Chain flow for Data Centers Operations by ensuring processes, tools, and programs are aligned to the overall goal. You will build agility and scalable solutions needed to accelerate Machine deployments by leveraging demand/supply best practices, predictable delivery, and reduced complexity.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in gathering requirements and driving implementation of supply chain processes, tools, and project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in data center supply chain operations or Third-party sites.
- Experience with integrated planning solutions, Sales, and Operations Planning cycle management and knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Excellent communication, people management, and data analytics skills, with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, forecast/demand signals to drive integration, and improve visibility/accuracy of our planning data for scalable Global Server Operations.
- Ensure improvement in planning requests, material delivery, lead-time, resources, and constraints management across multiple sites with focus on flow optimization that enable deployments.
- Provide integrated plans, labor capacity models, and lead cross-functional alignment to keep projects on schedule.
- Partner with flow demand, supply to subject matter experts to leverage capabilities that can apply for Global Server Operations.
- Provide cross-functional program management and proactive analysis, ensuring sites are ready to support demand fluctuations and customer needs.
