Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated leader to fill the role of Supply Chain Program Manager based in Fremont, California. This role will function as an overall coordinator of the Supply Chain PMO. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating multiple programs, possesses an understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, and is proficient in utilizing the necessary tools for tracking and reporting project status and metrics.
Responsibilities:
Monitor & report on comprehensive project/program plans.
Track progress and ensure alignment with portfolio objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Advocate and support Supply Chain PMO governance.
Ensure quality, risks, issues, and lessons are reported, controlled, and mitigated effectively.
Regularly report program status, progress vs. plan, risks, and issues to internal business stakeholders.
Maintain relationships and communication with all key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain dashboards for all assigned projects/programs.
Lead and support status meetings for all levels of leadership.
Support for Project/Program Managers across the Supply Chain Team.
Qualifications:
Required
Proficiency in program management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, Confluence, and Teams.
Experience with digitization and visualization utilizing tools such as Power-BI and Smartsheet.
Expertise in navigating complex business processes and systems/software programs.
Exceptional organization, collaboration, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail for execution, coupled with strategic leadership.
Highly motivated and resilient individual with the ability to bring structure across multiple teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Understanding of change management, adoption, and value capture.
