Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team!

This position is fully remote! Must be comfortable working East Coast hours (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm EST)

This role will be focused on program management as it pertains to agile coaching operations.
The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting a team of Agile Coaches; ensuring that all the team members have all of the tools and relevant information to make an immediate impact on the portfolio they are dedicated to support. Agile Coaches support balanced teams consisting of Product, UX, Engineering, Delivery Management, etc.
o Any experience with coaching organizations is preferred, but not required.
Managing stakeholders communication
Engage with internal prospective customers.
o Educate internal customers on what is involved in an Agile Coaching engagement start to finish.
o Articulate the value being delivered by the Agile Coaches and the expectations of teams receiving coaching.
Owning the intake process.
o The program manager would be focused on collecting the high-level information of why a leader is requesting coaching (i.e. What are the desired outcomes and/or pain points today, etc. to help us determine fit and prioritization)
o Identify and confirm who will be the key stakeholders for the Agile Coach through the coaching engagement.
o Discuss available budgets and necessary approvals.
Monitor progress; Ensuring key milestones are being met.
o Prepare reporting to share with leaders and key stakeholders.
Organize and lead meetings with all stakeholders to communicate program status and remedy any issues.
Support leadership in crafting and building effective processes related to:
o Intake requests
o Onboarding Agile Coach to dedicated portfolio
o Maintenance efforts post Agile Coach engagement

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
Experience in Agile Coaching (highly preferred, but not required)
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong documentation and progress tracking skills
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
