What you will be doing as a Program Manager IV

• Develop comprehensive end-user content, including user guides, manuals, and training materials, to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance in the context of Sales.
• Support in managing existing content and user experience on internal communication platforms.
• Maintains existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance. Manages intake requests from the formal intake system and proactively identifies communications opportunities throughout the organization that will benefit the sales organization.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales enablement initiatives, including sales training programs, tools, and resources.
• Maintain ongoing learning agenda for existing sales representatives, including enrolling, tracking and recording training sessions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to sales operations and business analysis.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all aspects of work

What you will bring to the table as a Program Manager IV

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Product Management experience
• Strong project management skills
• Tech skills with typical Microsoft suite, Smartsheets, My Source.
• Knowledge of mobile communications products and services
