The Store Leadership Performance & Operations team elevates the performance, growth, and satisfaction of our Retail store teams through developing and implementing strategic team facing programs. Our initiatives are designed to drive business success while motivating and inspiring team members to perform at their best. As a Program Manager, you work collaboratively with the broader Global Retail Support(GRS) team and our People organization to launch only at Apple experiences for our teams, defining future Retail Store Leadership programs and Apple's performance enablement strategy and operations.

In this role, you will be managing the roll out and execution of key strategic programs from field engagement to operational readiness and you will also support product management of tool design to ensure we deliver a best in class experience.
-Support the design, development, implementation and management of initiatives that align with Apple Retail priorities.
-Support and develop strategic project proposals that transform employee experiences and performance.
-Manage complex projects on time.
-Influence decisions through collaboration and a customer-focused approach.
