We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world!
Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations & Maintenance, and Services Lead to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities, as well as the delivery of exceptional Service's to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in maintenance operations, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team, coordinating maintenance activities, managing service requests, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Examples of responsibilities listed below:
O&M:
- Perform a variety of HVAC, minor electrical, plumbing, and building repairs.
- Plan and prioritize tasks in a focused work environment and maintain high levels of efficiency without direct supervision.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of all facilities and equipment.
Services:
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to employees' concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the resolution provided.
- Ensure team compliance with agreed SLA's and important metrics
- Effective interpersonal skills in order to provide direction to contractors and vendors performing services for the company.
