Responsibilities
- Streamline all issues relevant to US TikTok LIVE ecosystem from internal and external stakeholders, develop best practices, and intake framework as well as success metrics to detect, respond, investigate, and solve issues by conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses and leveraging different product/tools/algorithm to improve user and creator experience for TikTok LIVE.
- Support the development of a holistic view of US TikTok LIVE ecosystem through issue detection using data and providing progress report of multiple ongoing and upcoming ecosystem-related projects.
- Develop priorities and projects through identifying key metrics to monitor the ecosystem, design programs that measure quality against discovered ecosystem issue, and understand the health of the ecosystem.
- Identify and breakdown technically complex business problems and define milestones and success metrics by leveraging data to create best practices and procedures for livestream ecosystem team.
- Work with different cross-functional teams including PMs, Ops, Policy, and Data Science, to ensure smooth progress of projects and coordinate various requests and constraints from partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Managing data-driven projects or programs;
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis and displaying analysis findings through data visualization tool to inform business strategies;
- Developing ecosystem monitoring and investigation framework to inform content, policy, and model optimization strategies;
- Building, implementing, and standardizing measurement frameworks or metrics for projects, and developing corresponding reporting and analysis; and
- Working on User Generated Content (UGC) or Professionally Generated Content (PGC) products.

Type: Full time, 40 hours/week
Location: Culver City, CA
Salary Range: $104712 - $188523 per year
