About the team
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partner organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real-time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 2 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities
- Conduct data analyses to highlight gaps in current workflows and surface next priorities in ecosystem
- Lead data driven projects from end to end
- Collaborate with Product, Trust&Safety, Ops, Policy, and other teams to ensure successful deployment of new ecosystem efforts
- Provide data analytics to support internal and partner teams

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree with 3-5 years of working experience
- 2-3 years of experience in analytics, working with SQL or other data processing languages
- 2-3 years of experience in leading data-driven projects
- Effective written, verbal, and professional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on UCG or PGC products
- Experience leading complex data-driven projects that involve multiple cross-functional teams
- Experience in content quality and safety
- Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs
