Under close supervision provided by a Staff Services Manager I of a Reporting Unit of the Holder Operations Bureau, the Program Technician (PT) is responsible for the less difficult review and process of Unclaimed Property reports received. The duties of this class require detailed knowledge of and ability to interpret, apply and communicate specific laws, rules and policies related to program work.
