Title:Programmer Analyst/Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Provide operational support for our TVM environment.
• Update and configure TVM software as required.
• Provide hardware-level integration of new devices into the TVM.
• Provide support for PCI in the TVM environment.
• Provide technical consulting to departments in the implementation of key
business changes to the TVM environment.
• Work with the vendor on support as required.
• Responsible for all aspects of the system development life cycle i.e.: business
requirements, scope definition, technical analysis and design, coding, testing,
implementation, support and ongoing maintenance for District initiatives.
• Implement in-house software changes and updates to District applications such
as TVM, VCC, and Fare Enforcement.
• Develop and manage application code, user interface, and third-party
integration components to our District applications.
• Responsible for designing, writing and maintaining web-based applications.
Implement in-house software changes and updates to District applications such
as the Depot, the Facility Work Orders Online, the Procurement Web Site and
SharePoint sites. Create and update support documentation for District Web
Applications.
• Maintain documentation for the TVM application and any other applicable
District applications.
• Administering, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Sizing, Maintaining, and
Performance Tuning District Applications.
• Monitor the health and functionality of District interfaces such as Spear and
PeopleSoft. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Provide consultation and support to DBA's, Software Analysts and System
support staff.
• Ability to respond to emergencies calmly and rationally and maintain a pleasant
and positive manner while working with staff at all levels. Good oral and written
communication skills.
