POSITION LOCATION: This is an on-sight position is located in Atlanta, GA, 4 days on-site and 1 day remote

JOB PURPOSE:
Supports the planning, development, and monitoring of projects within the technology innovation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) portfolios across Piedmont Healthcare (PHC). Partners with senior team members to identify and achieve priorities, goals, and objectives for digital transformation initiatives. Performs plan development, industry research, interviews, benchmarking, operational feasibility, analysis, financial proforma development, written and oral presentation development and implementation assistance. Maintains forms, templates, and process documentation for the departments project management processes. Provides technical and organizational support for key department meetings and enterprise meetings at the direction of department leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists in the planning and coordination of the Digital Transformation portfolio of initiatives.
2. Maintains project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports. Maintains electronic folders and files related to any active initiatives.
3. Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics. Maintains minutes for any meetings supported.
4. Supports tracking of the progress to completion of the Digital Transformation initiatives, intake and governance process for requests coming throughout the health system.
5. Assists in preparing updates for steering meetings and individual updates to executive sponsors for strategic Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Intelligent Automation (IA) initiatives.
6. Develops presentations as requested.
7. Facilitates communication between project teams and stakeholders.
8. When necessary, performs industry research, expert interviews, and benchmarking.
9. Provides consultative, technical, and decision-making support for strategic development.
10. Participates in assigned committees relevant to special projects.
11. Communicates and interacts effectively with employees from all levels of the organization.
12. Other duties and program responsibilities as assigned.

2. Strong aptitude for technology processes and capabilities.
3. Excellent written/verbal communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
4. Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage priorities.
5. Effectively lead discussions and meetings when tasked.
6. Excellent computer literacy and skill in Microsoft Office application suite, analytic and data visualization tools such as excel and Tableau, project management tools, and any process (continuous) improvement tools.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, industrial engineering, or a closely related field is required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One (1) year of experience involving project management, project coordination, consulting, data analysis, business development, or operations improvement.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree is preferred.
Strong analytical, project coordination, and business development skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
Strong presentation abilities.
Knowledge of project management, plan development, change management, impact analysis, and an ability to anticipate the impact of data and analysis on decisions or projects.
